We care about your shopping experience and want to ensure you receive the right product in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
• Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
• The product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery.
• You received the wrong item.

2. Important Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:
• Unboxing video and clear photos must be sent immediately after opening the courier.
• No video = No refund or return. This is mandatory for claim approval.
• Send the video and photos to our official WhatsApp number along with:
• Order ID / Invoice
• Your registered mobile number
• A short description of the issue

3. Time Frame
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refund or replacement process may take 7–8 working days after we receive all documents and verify the issue.

4. Return Not Accepted If:
• Product is used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.
• No proof (video/photo) is provided.
• Complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery.
