3. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
• Toys can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Returns are not accepted for:
• Used or damaged toys (not caused during shipping).
• Toys without original packaging.
• In case of a defective or wrong item, we offer a full refund or replacement.
5. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
• If the item has already been shipped, cancellation won’t be possible.
